Rémoulade Tartare Sauce
Creamy, zesty, and full of character — our Rémoulade Tartare Sauce is a refined take on a classic, made with rich mayonnaise, chopped capers, pickles, herbs, and a touch of mustard. The result is a well-balanced, tangy sauce that pairs beautifully with fried fish, seafood, or crisp vegetables.
A staple for elevated buffets, seafood platters, and gourmet sandwiches.
Serving suggestion: Spoon alongside fish and chips, spread in sandwiches, or use as a dip for crudités and crispy appetisers.
Mayonnaise (vegetable oil, egg yolk, vinegar, mustard), capers, gherkins (pickles), lemon juice, parsley, tarragon, shallots or onion, salt, black pepper.

Pour the sauce into a small ramekin and give it a quick stir to bring it back to life.

Note: This sauce is best enjoyed fresh and chilled. Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the texture and consistency. Stir gently before serving.
