Remove from sous vide bag, Add a splash of water to an Air Fryer or air assisted oven at 200g for 5-7 mins or  BBQ 2 mins each side but mind the flame.

While our food is best enjoyed fresh, we understand life gets busy — and to help reduce waste, refrigerating or freezing is a great option if you can’t enjoy it right away.

For best quality, refrigerate vacuum-sealed foods at or below 4°C. For long-term storage, you may freeze them at 0°F (-18°C).
