Serving suggestion: Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, add a sprinkle of paprika or sumac, and garnish with fresh herbs or whole chickpeas.

Remove from the packaging and scoop into shallow bowls or trays. Use a spoon or spatula to smooth the surface into a swirl or small well. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and garnish with paprika or sumac for color, chopped parsley or coriander, and a few whole chickpeas if you like.
Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C at all times. Consume within 3 days and store in an airtight container.
