Fall-off-the-bone tender and irresistibly sticky, our pork ribs are smoked low and slow for 8 hours to lock in deep, smoky flavour and juicy richness. Glazed with our house-made BBQ sauce, these ribs strike the perfect balance between sweet, savoury, and smoky.

Ideal for sharing platters, casual feasts, or centre-stage BBQ moments — just heat, serve, and watch them disappear.

Serving suggestion: Pair with slaw, cornbread, pickles, or extra sauce on the side for the ultimate rib experience.

Pairs well with

Pork ribs, BBQ sauce (tomato base, brown sugar, vinegar, spices), salt, black pepper, mustard powder, vegetable oil.

Mustard (mustard powder or in BBQ sauce)
Celery (may be present in BBQ sauce)
May contain traces of soy or gluten

Remove ribs from the sous vide bag. Preheat oven to 140°C / 285°F. Wrap the ribs in foil, adding a splash of apple juice, broth, or BBQ sauce inside. Place on a tray and heat for 20–30 minutes.

Optional: Unwrap for the last 5 minutes to crisp up the bark.

The internal temperature should reach 65–70°C / 150–160°F.

Pro tip: For sticky, glazed ribs, brush with BBQ sauce halfway through heating.

While our food is best enjoyed fresh, we understand life gets busy — and to help reduce waste, refrigerating or freezing is a great option if you can’t enjoy it right away.

For best quality, refrigerate vacuum-sealed foods at or below 4°C. For long-term storage, you may freeze them at 0°F (-18°C).
