This deep ruby-hued Tripel was brewed for our barrel-aging program and matured for 12 months in American oak. Crafted with specialty malts and local hops, it developed warmth and depth through slow aging. Time in the barrel brought out notes of vanilla, toasted spice, and soft oak, rounding out the rich malt character with a smooth, mellow finish. After aging, secondary bottle fermentation adds natural carbonation and a final layer of complexity.
The result is a bold yet elegant beer, meant to be savored slowly, with new layers in every sip.
