Caesar Sauce
Smooth, savoury, and perfectly balanced — our house-made Caesar sauce combines aged Parmesan, garlic, lemon, and a touch of anchovy for a rich, layered taste with just the right depth. Creamy in texture and bold in character, it adds a sophisticated edge to salads, sandwiches, and sides.
Serving suggestion: Drizzle over romaine, use as a dip, or spread in a wrap or chicken burger for an elevated finish.

Pour the sauce into a small ramekin and give it a quick stir to bring it back to life.
Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C. Store in an airtight container and use a clean spoon each time to avoid contamination. Once opened, consume within 3–5 days.
Note: As this is a fresh, creamy sauce, we do not recommend freezing or keeping it at room temperature for more than necessary. Best enjoyed chilled and freshly prepared for full flavour and texture.
