Slow-smoked to perfection over 12 hours, our beef brisket is melt-in-your-mouth tender with a deep, smoky bark and rich, beefy flavour. Rubbed with our signature blend of spices, deeped in cider and cooked low and slow, this brisket delivers bold flavour and irresistible texture in every bite.

Ideal as a hearty main, slider filling, or part of a BBQ feast — just heat and serve for a show-stopping dish that feels both rustic and refined.

Serving suggestion: Slice or pull, then serve with pickles, our soft sweet potato burger buns, slaw, or your favourite BBQ sides.

Pairs well with

Beef brisket, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cider, brown sugar, vegetable oil. Smoked low and slow over wood.

Mustard (mustard powder)
May contain traces of celery or sulphites depending on rub or seasoning blends used

Remove the brisket from the sous vide bag. Preheat oven to 120–140°C (250–285°F). Place the brisket in a baking dish with a splash of beef stock and a bit of our BBQ sauce. Cover tightly with foil to trap steam.

Heating time: 45–60 minutes

The internal temperature should reach 65–70°C (150–160°F) for optimal juiciness.

While our food is best enjoyed fresh, we understand life gets busy — and to help reduce waste, refrigerating or freezing is a great option if you can’t enjoy it right away.

For best quality, refrigerate vacuum-sealed foods at or below 4°C. For long-term storage, you may freeze them at 0°F (-18°C).
