Rich, warming, and full of depth — our Chilli Con Carne is a slow-cooked classic made with seasoned minced beef, red kidney beans, ripe tomatoes, smoky spices, and just the right kick of chilli heat. Simmered for hours to develop bold, comforting flavour in every spoonful.
Perfect for feeding a crowd, this versatile dish is ideal for bowls, burritos, nachos, or jacket potatoes — just heat and serve.
Serving suggestion: Top with sour cream, grated cheese, and fresh coriander, or serve over rice for a hearty main.

Put closed sous vide bag into pan of water, bring water to a simmer – around 75–85°C (165–185°F) for 10 mins or Place chilli in a pot over medium heat. Add a splash of water or beef stock. Stir occasionally until piping hot – about 5–10 minutes. Finish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lime before serving.

For best quality, refrigerate vacuum-sealed foods at or below 4°C. For long-term storage, you may freeze them at 0°F (-18°C).
